Yellowknife Report On December 6th three of us, Bonnie, Jim and Sharon, flew out of balmy Kelowna for Yellowknife, the last capital of the provinces and territories to be prayed for in this 150th birthday year for Canada. Arriving at 7 pm we deplaned via an outdoor ramp in -20 C and shook our way to the terminal where we got the keys for our rental car. The car was incredibly cold but fortunately had fabric seats which are far warmer on the backside at that temperature. We toured the city of almost 20,000 people in the dark without a map of the city. For a night tour the high rises and modern stores pleasantly surprised us.
